These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website powersourceev.com, including any sub‑domains such as the estimator tool and third‑party store (collectively, the “Site”). In these Terms, “Power Source Solutions LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Power Source Solutions LLC, a New Jersey limited‑liability company doing business as “PowersourceEV.” By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Scope of Our Services

• We operate a platform that educates consumers about home EV charging and connects users with independent, third‑party electricians and installers (“Installers”) for charger installation services.

• We also provide access to an online estimator tool to help you obtain a preliminary quote for installation. This estimate is for informational purposes only and may change based on the actual site inspection, permitting requirements, and other factors.

• The Site contains links to a third‑party online store hosted by Raiven, Inc. where EV chargers and accessories may be purchased. All sales of goods through that store are governed by Raiven’s separate terms of serviceshop.powersourceev.com.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Site, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. No Endorsement or Warranty of Third‑Party Installers or Products

• We do not provide installation services ourselves; all installations are performed by independent Installers. We make reasonable efforts to connect you with qualified professionals, but we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety or workmanship of any Installer.

• Similarly, we do not manufacture or sell EV chargers. All purchases of EV chargers or accessories are made through Raiven’s store and are subject to Raiven’s policiesshop.powersourceev.com. We assume no liability for the products sold there.

4. Third‑Party Websites and Links

• The Site may contain links to third‑party websites and services, including but not limited to the estimator tool and the Raiven store. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of these third‑party sites. Your interactions with third‑party websites are solely between you and the third party.

• When you click a link to the Raiven store or estimator tool, you may be subject to separate terms and conditions. We encourage you to review those documents before proceeding.

5. Estimator Tool and Quotes

• The estimator tool asks you for personal and installation details (name, contact information and address) to calculate a preliminary quoteestimate.powersourceev.com. By submitting this information, you consent to our sharing it with Installers for the purpose of generating a detailed quote.

• Quotes provided are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price may vary based on a site inspection, permit requirements, upgrades to your electrical system and other factors.

6. Permits, Deposits and Payment

• Permits and fees: You are responsible for paying all permit fees and related costs required by your local authority before installation can begin. We or the Installer may assist with permit applications, but you bear the final responsibility for any permit‐related expenses.

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to schedule an installation. The amount, if required, will be communicated to you in advance. Deposits are typically credited toward the final invoice and are refundable if you cancel before work begins.

• Final payment: You will be invoiced for the full cost of the installation after the work is completed, including labor, permit fees, materials and any electrical upgrades.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities
By using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or services.

• Not misuse the Site, including by uploading malicious code, scraping data, sending spam, or violating any laws.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials (if accounts are provided) and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

8. User Content and Feedback

• If you submit reviews, feedback or other content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce and display such content. You represent that your submissions do not violate any third‑party rights or laws.

All trademarks, logos and content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Power Source Solutions LLC. “PowersourceEV” is our trade name/dba. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s operation, reliability, or the accuracy of information (including pricing or availability).

• We do not guarantee that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your reliance on any information obtained through the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, including any transactions with Installers or purchases through the Raiven store shop.powersourceev.com.

You agree to indemnify and hold Power Source Solutions LLC, its owners, affiliates and employees harmless from any claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or your dealings with Installers or third‑party vendors.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bergen County, New Jersey, unless both parties agree to another forum.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
